Jaipur, 23 September .
61st Cavalry celebrated 103rd Haifa day in Jaipur as well as Delhi on 23 Sep 2021. A solemn quiet ceremony was held by the unit in Jaipur wherein Commandant 61st Cavalry Col Rohit Dagar and RM Jai Karan laid wreath at War Memorial and paid homage to the Bravehearts. Commandant also addressed all ranks in a Sainik Sammelan and held other ritual parades on the occasion.
A wreath laying ceremony was also conducted in New Delhi by the Director General Armoured Corps and Officers and men of 61st Cavalry at the Teen Murti Haifa Chowk , to honour the bravery and valour of the Indian soldiers who participated in the successful liberation of the city of Haifa.
